Called SiZF4800LDT, the “device provides designers with a space-saving solution for synchronous buck converters, point-of-load converters, and half-bridge and full-bridge power stages,” according to New Yorker. “In these applications, the high and low side mosfets form an optimised combination for 50% duty cycles, while its logic level turn-on at 4.5 V simplifies circuit driving.”
Maximum continuous drain current is 29A (70°C) with sufficient heatsinking, but realistically under 10A with 25 x 25mm square of FR4 PCB.
Max total gate charge is 11nC for 4.5V drive, 23nC for 10V drive (40V 10A drain-source.
On-resistance with 4.5V on the gate is 24mΩmax.
