The Pen Is Mightier Than The Wokerati

Someone somewhere seems to have got an almighty rocket up the fundamental orifice.

A month ago, on March 7, the Washington political news site, The Hill, published an article entitled ‘DEI killed the Chips Act’  alleging that diversity and inclusion issues were preventing Chips Act money being disbursed to major chipmakers.

“The world’s best chipmakers are tired of being pawns in the Chips Act’s political games,” concluded the article, “they’ve quietly given up on America.”

Since then, on March 20th, Intel was awarded $19.5 billion of Chips Act money; on April 5th Samsung said it would double its US fab investment to $44 billion amid reports it would get $6 billion of  Chips Act grants plus a loan; and on April 8th TSMC said it would get $11.6 billion under the Chips Act.

The pen is not only mightier than the sword, it’s mightier than the wokerati.
