Members of the firm’s new CXT series of automotive grade components, all with the same temperature range, the first is CXT-STA4919, a 50mA adjustable linear voltage regulator that can create outputs between +3.3V and +28V from inputs across +4.5V to +35V – providing the 700mV minimum drop-out requirement is met.

At least min 1µF is needed on the output, and -1% max line regulation is available, as is -0.2% max load regulation.
Protection includes current and temperature, and it comes in a PSOIC8 with exposed pad for heat removal.
“This product offers a low solution in ECUs, motor drives modules and sensor interfaces located in harsh automotive thermal environments,” said Cissiod CTO Pierre Delatte. “We see also demand in high power density converters and SiC gate drivers in electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles.”
The next addition to the CXT series is a SOT-23-6 a family of configurable logic gates called CXT-741Gxx – with functions selected by re-arranging the chip’s three inputs.
CXT-741G57 has six functions, for which Cissiod has 10 names:
2-input AND (2-input NOR with both inputs inverted)
2-input NAND with A input inverted (2-input OR with B input inverted)
2-input NAND with B input inverted (2-input OR with A input inverted)
2-input NOR (2-input AND with both inputs inverted)
2-input XNOR
single inverter
CXT-741G58 has six functions with 10 names:
2-input NAND (2-input OR with both inputs inverted)
2-input AND with A input inverted (2-input NOR with B input inverted)
2-input AND with B input inverted (2-input NOR with A input inverted)
2-input OR (2-input NAND with both inputs inverted
2-lnput XNOR
single buffer
CXT-741G97 has six functions with nine names:
2 to 1 multiplexer
2-input AND (2-input NOR with both inputs inverted)
2-input OR with A input inverted (2-input NAND with B input inverted)
2-input NOR with B input inverted (2-input AND with A input inverted)
2-input OR
single inverter
CXT-741G175 is a fourth, non-configurable logic device:
flip-flop
Operation is from rails from 1.65V to 5.5V and inputs are Schmitt triggers for immunity to slow changing signals – and can be driven up to 5.4V regardless of supply voltage to make them 3.3V and 5V logic compatible.
Output drive capability ±16mA.
