The series has on-board graphics and “because embedded applications require additional operating system software options, Ryzen Embedded 7000 Series processors include support for both Windows Server and Linux Ubuntu, on top of Windows 10 and Windows 11”, according to the company.
Devices from six to 12 ‘Zen 4’ cores are available, consuming between 65 and 105W (see table), and all come in a 40 x 40mm LGA package for the company’s AM5.
Graphics work up to 2.2GHz and dual-channel ECC DDR5 memory is supported at up to 5,200Mtransfer/s.
Up to 28 PCIe 5 lanes are available, and some of the products come with a seven-year manufacturing availability commitment.
