There are four CPIM-4410-80x buzzers, with a letter replacing the ‘x’ depending on function: C for the cardiovascular tone, T for the general tone, V for the ventilation tone and Y for the oxygen tone.
Each has a stand-by (silent) mode and three alarm modes:
- low priority (2 beeps every 20s)
- medium priority (3 beeps every 10s)
- high priority (10 beeps every 3s)
There are five pins: two for power, then one each for the alarm modes, which enable the alarm when connected to the negative supply.
Output is between 150Hz and 4kHz, and typically 90dB at 100mm (80dB minimum).
12mA is needed from a 3.3 to 5Vdc supply in stand-by, rising to 20mA (150mA peak) when sounding.
Operation is across -30 to 85°C, and the sounders are compatible with wave and hand soldering.
The through-hole packages are 44mm in diameter and 10.25mm high.
