JAE recognises TTI as EMEA’s fastest growing distributor of the year

Connector and cable manufacturer, Japan Aviation Electronics (JAE) has awarded TTI its EMEA Fastest Growing Distributor 2020 award. The award is in recognition of the distributor’s “2020 outstanding performance across EMEA” with design-in activities, which have resulted in “exceptional growth” for JAE.

The distributor stocks JAE products for factory automation, robotics, test and measurement, e-mobility, mobile devices and audio-visual (AV) equipment. The portfolio includes the AX01 floating board-to board connector series designed to help prevent damage to individual elements of a PCB in industrial and automotive applications.

There is also the AE KW series of connectors for charging and discharging hybrid and EVs to CHAdeMO 1.0 and 1.2.

Ronald Velda, director supplier marketing Europe connectors at TTI, said: “ This award recognises the dedication and effort of our TTI team, and I would like to thank JAE for its never-ending support. We look forward to continuing on this growth path with JAE for the coming years.”

The partnership was described as productive and trusting by Erik Troeger, senior distribution manager at JAE Europe. He said added that the “effective implementation of joint activities is essential for us to meet our long-term goals for success”.
