Hicenda assessed all its distributors in Europe in accordance with criteria covering sales performance, design activity and quality of service. Hicenda’s global sales director, David Dang, commented: “Easby Electronics is a key partner, and over the course of this year, which has been very difficult for obvious reasons, they really have set the very highest standards within our distribution network.
“Whilst performance was strong across the board, Easby Electronics stood out as delivering outstanding service at every level. We assessed our network based on sales growth and conversion of design opportunities. Easby performed strongly in all of these areas, especially with regards to sales of customised displays which have achieved orders in excess of $1m a year to date, with a lot more to come,” he added.
Easby’s linecard includes colour OLEDs from Hicenda, ranging in size from 1.27-1.69 inch (32.25mm -43mm).
Easby Electronics offers a range of display technologies including LCD, OLED, TFT and e-paper, as well as associated peripheral products such as boards and cables from manufacturers including Hicenda, Raystar, Team Source Displays, LCD-World and DKE. Easby can support customers with a range of products, from a basic custom TN piece of glass through to a 100-inch TFT with embedded SBC.
