Women Leaders in Electronics Awards - "a game changer"

“I am one of the judges for Women in Electronics, and this is a game changer because I see a more diverse and inclusive leadership landscape. Awards events like the Women Leaders in Electronics Awards play a crucial role in shaping this future by bringing attention to the achievements of women in the field. By highlighting success stories and providing role models, these events contribute to changing perceptions, breaking down stereotypes, and fostering an environment where everyone, regardless of gender, race, sexuality and disability, feels encouraged to pursue leadership roles in electronics.

“Seeking mentorship, networking, and connecting with other women in the industry can provide valuable support and encouragement. Awards like these are an opportunity to showcase the impact of your work, and it’s important to remember that your contributions deserve recognition.”
